  • Opening Words
  • All of the products Website provides are brand new and high quality. Our QC test every single product carefully before shipping. Most products from Website are with one year warranty. If you find your product not working or with something else wrong, please feel free to contact Website customer service. As dropshipping is available on Website, for those dropshippers, our customer service and warranty also apply to your customers.
  • Four "R" ---- Return, Repair, Replace and Refund
  • 1. First of all, we need to state that return and refund are unacceptable if there is no quality problem with the item you receive.
  • 2. If the item is defective or gets broken within 1 week after delivery, and there is no any artificial damage, replace or refund are both acceptable. If refund, Website will only refund you the product cost without the freight.
  • 3. If the item becomes broken within 3 months after delivery, and the problem is not artificial, it is allowed to be returned for repairing or replacing. To be returned or repaired is up to the supplier. Customer pay for the shipping cost to send it back, while Website will send it back to you without any charge.
  • 4. If the item doesn't work after 3 months, and still in one year warranty, we will get it repaired for you. You need to pay for the freight back and forth.
  • 5. For those artificial damage, customers need to pay for shipping cost back and forth, also the repairing fee.
  • Return Procedure
  • 1. If you encounter any product problems, please contact us through email or live chat with detailed description and photos or videos if needed. We will offer you solution if there is.
  • 2. If the solution we suggest doesn't work, you may need to send the item back to us.
  • 3. You will receive a Return Authorization file from us, please follow the instruction to do the returning.
  • 4. After receiving the returned product, we will let you know. Replacements or repaired products are normally shipped via air mail.
  • Notice:
  • 1. Except for emergency, please choose local post service or EMS to return the goods, and please declare low value.
  • 2. If customer rejects the goods with no reason, we will not return the shipping cost. If shipped via DHL, which will cause a lot to return, we will have to ask them to destroy.
